Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice Cross Fire companion novel (2016)

2016BvSCrossFireBook

This companion novel to the film Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, published by Scholastic in 2016, tells the tale of an Arkham Asylum escapee named Doctor Aesop.  According to the synopsis, “the two very different heroes begin investigating the same case and a young boy is caught in the cross fire.”

This short story, written for young adults,  contains a few references to places and subjects pertaining to comic book mythos like Metropolis Metros, Metropolis News Network (which, I guess, is a direct competitor of Luthor News Network) and Wayne Tower.  The book also contains an eight-page insert of color photos from the film.
