In 1998, the United States Postal Service teamed with DC Comics to produce a series of Super Heroes Stamp Albums.  Each album would cover a decade in the 20th century in which DC superheroes would explain important events that happened within that decade.  As the story progresses, the reader can paste specially printed legal stamps that were produced by the USPS that coincide with the subject.  In book number one, which covered the years 1900 to 1909, members of the Justice League talk about everything from Theodore Roosevelt to Crayola crayons, to “The Great Train Robbery” and many other icons of the decade.
