Here’s another action figure that was part of the on-going merchandise for Superman: The Animated Series. Released in 1996 by Kenner, this is a Tornado Force Superman figure. The entire costume is painted silver with the exception of the ’S’ symbol, red boots, and red cloth cape. The figure comes with green shackles that is meant to be placed around Superman’s neck, arms, and legs. When the figure’s legs are pressed together, it makes the upper torso spin breaking free of the restraints.
