Superman glass mug (1978)

Produced in 1978 was this great Superman Glass Mug which features not only the Superman cover logo, but it also features the now classic image of Superman breaking chains designed by Neal Adams. The only other markings on the mug are TM & © DC Comics, Inc. 1978.

Warner Bros. Studio Store Superman pen (1997)

Sold in 1997 at the wonderful Warner Bros. Studio Store was this Superman pen still in its original box. It’s a fairly standard blue cased ball point pen and has a great enameled image of a Bruce Timm version of Superman on its clip straight out of Superman: The Animated Series which was airing at the time.

In 1978, Pepsi released a series of laminated placemats of DC Comics super heroes. This is the Superman placemat featuring a bold image of Superman breaking chains. Playtex DC Super Friends Sipsters cup (2015)

Designed for the young Superman fan, this is a Playtex DC Super Friends Sipsters cup produced in 2015. The inner portion of the spill-proof insulated cup is blue and the outer layer is clear with an ’S’ symbol. The lid, which has a straw, is red. This cup was made for youngsters (and, perhaps, the young at heart) twelve months of age and up.
