The popular animated series Justice League Action was featured in McDonald’s Happy Meal toys in 2018. This is an unused Happy Meal box that was given out at the time. The box features the character artwork of Superman, Supergirl, Wonder Woman, Batman, Batgirl, and The Flash. There is also an ad on it encouraging kids to ask their parent’s permission to download the McPlay app which allowed you to “create your own comic.”
This is a Kellogg’s Pop-Tarts box featuring promotion for the 2013 Warner Bros. motion picture Man of Steel. During the promotion, all boxes of Kellogg’s products claimed that “you could win Superman’s powers.” After entering the contest by following a few steps, you had a chance at winning either airline tickets (flight), a personal trainer (strength), a car (speed), or movie tickets (vision), as well as some other prizes.
Produced by Hallmark in 2015, this is a Cubeez Superman tin gift box. Measuring at 3-inches, the lid of this box goes all the way to the “belt” base which lifts off to reveal a wonderful compartment for placing gift cards in or other cool small Superman gifts. The front features an image of Superman’s face (taken from the promotional artwork of Jose Luis Garcia-Lopez) and the back features a graphical design of Superman’s cape.
Here is a tin box produced by Echo Bridge Home Entertainment that contains two DVDs. The first DVD features ten Fleischer Superman cartoons from 1941 and 1942. The second DVD contains eighteen classic public domain cartoons.
