Here’s yet another lesser priced Man of Steel figure from 2013. Produced by Mattel, this is the original suit version that is light on paint on the neck and belt areas. This was done, apparently, in an effort to keep the cost down. Regardless, the figure still has seven points of articulation and comes with a vinyl cape.
Fans of Mad magazine’s parodies of Superman movies over the years were disappointed when their Man of Steel parody was met with only a text mention on the cover. This was apparently their answer to that cry.
