Superman Returns soundtrack CD (2006)

As requested by director Bryan Singer, composer John Ottman used John Williams’ score from the 1978 film Superman: The Movie as the main theme and thread it throughout the score for the 2006 film Superman Returns. Ottman also added his own creative flair to many of the movie’s sequences. In the same year of the film’s release, Warner Bros. and Rhino Music produced the soundtrack to the film and made it available to the public on compact disc.
