Among the many toys produced for the popular Justice League animated series on Cartoon Network was this Power Escape Superman. Released by Mattel in 2003, this figure (sporting a black suit) comes with a base that you can chain Superman to. With the push of a button, you can pretend that Superman pulls the chains out of the floor as the “dungeon bricks” explode and fall behind him.
Sadly, although a minor thing, the rubber bands that secured the “dungeon bricks” to the back of the packaging have deteriorated causing the wall pieces to naturally fall behind him anyway.
