This is an adhesive smartphone ring and kickstand. You can find these at the back of many smartphones these days. This one, produced by iRing, is designed with an embossed plastic Superman ‘S’ symbol against a circular field.

iRing theoretically had the license to produce this, but there is no indication of a DC Comics copyright on its packaging. Additionally, there is no indication of the year it was produced.
