In 1981, Budmore Publishing Corp. produced this giant Superman II Movie Special book. This amazing book has many full-page color photos from the film and brief bios about some of the cast members like Christopher Reeve, Gene Hackman, Margot Kidder, Terence Stamp, Sarah Douglas, Jack OʻHalloran, Ned Beatty, Jackie Cooper, Valerie Perrine, Marc McClure, and others.
The 1980 motion picture Superman II, starring Christopher Reeve as Clark Kent / Superman, was released on home video. This is the VHS release of the movie that was sold in 1987 by Warner Home Video, the same year as my copy of the home video release of Superman III and the theatrical release of Superman IV: The Quest for Peace.
Published in 1991, this is the first issue of Superman: The Man of Steel. The issue was written by Louise Simonson – pencilled by Jon Bogdanove, Tom Grummett, Bob McLeod and Dan Jurgens – Inked by Dennis Janke, Jerry Ordway, Bob McLeod and Brett Breeding – with colorists Glenn Whitmore.
